OUR TEAM
Daniel Girouard, founder of the company in 1995, is a graduate in business administration, specialized in team work management and a trainer accredited by Emploi-Québec. In addition to being an organizer, Daniel is a professional facilitator and speaker. Daniel has nearly 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the field of team building and special events for the corporate market.
He also has extensive experience in management and corporate training in different sectors of activity. Recognized for his knowledge of the market and his ability to understand the needs of his clients in terms of team building and events, he has developed a unique academic training approach reinforced by team play.
Daniel is surrounded by a team of professionals from different expertise. Depending on the case, they collaborate, alone or in a team with him, on different mandates for the creation of all these memorable moments. Over the years, the Organijeu team has mastered the art of developing recognition and a sense of belonging within our organizations here or elsewhere, face-to-face or virtually. To this day, the Organijeu team has contributed to the organization of more than 3000 events for our companies here or elsewhere and has reached more than 500 000 workers, managers and executives through its programs to raise awareness of the benefits of teamwork.

Les Productions Organijeu offers you interactive workshops, entertaining conferences and team games related to efficient teamwork and team management.
This training approach through game play will promote team awareness in order to get to know each other better, to listen and understand more each other, to maintain trust, to perform and overall, have more fun!
Participants will be brought as a team, towards common goals in order to develop collective values. Our programs are eligible under the Corporate Training Act and will give you many benefits.
