GOALS :

Take part in a workshop of fun, communication and creativity. What recent event among your work team has raised collective awareness? Inspired by a situation that has « transformed » your company (e.g. restructuring, change, crisis, etc.) and led everyone to engage towards a common goal in order to look forward , you will have to « transform » one of your colleagues into YOUR definition of Superhero. You will need to design costume and props to present your Superhero and your story at the end of the activity. Let yourself go and create a new hero of the day to match your talents!
- Length : 2 to 3 hours indoor or outdoor
- Possible formats: 1/2 day
- Group size: from 5 to 150 participants
- Requirements: room, marquee tent or outdoor field
